Steiner offers fitness professionals a unique career in the industry. To be considered, you must have a recognized National Certification in personal training, preferably in yoga and pilates. An exercise to music qualification is preferred but not essential. You should have superior customer service abilities, enthusiasm, professional appearance, knowledge of health and fitness, technical know-how and ability to make fitness fun and rewarding. Successful applicants attend a three week intensive training course in London where they are taught how to implement the specially designed programs and business model, as well as receive training on public speaking, pilates, yoga and indoor cycling.
Interviews in the UK are held once a month. Please note that recruitment is ongoing. There are no “closing dates” for positions, and they are flexible with training dates, though they only accept applications 1 month in advance of interview dates.
